At Rentify360, we strive to provide a seamless and transparent rental experience. By using our website or booking a vehicle, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions that govern our service.
1. Eligibility & Documentation To rent a vehicle from us, the user must:
Be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid Permanent Driving License.
Provide original identity proof (Aadhar/Passport) at the time of vehicle delivery.
Ensure all uploaded documents are clear, valid, and belong to the primary driver.
2. Vehicle Usage Policy The rented vehicle must be used strictly for:
Personal travel within the permitted geographical limits specified in your booking.
Safe driving practices in accordance with all local traffic laws and speed limits.
Non-commercial purposes; subleasing or using the car for taxis is strictly prohibited.
Driving by the registered user only; unauthorized drivers will void all insurance.
3. Booking & Payment Terms
A security deposit may be required, which is refundable after a vehicle inspection.
Fuel charges are not included in the rental price unless specifically stated.
Overtime charges will apply if the vehicle is returned after the scheduled time.
4. Damage & Liability In the event of an accident or mechanical failure:
The user must inform Rentify360 support immediately before taking any action.
The user is liable for repair costs not covered by insurance due to negligence or DUI.
Any traffic fines or toll violations incurred during the rental period are the user's responsibility.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
Full refunds are provided for cancellations made 24 hours prior to the booking start time.
Partial or no refunds may apply for last-minute cancellations or early returns.
6. Vehicle Maintenance * We ensure all vehicles are delivered in top condition, sanitized, and road-ready.
The user is expected to return the vehicle in the same condition as received.
7. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to cancel a booking if documents are found to be fraudulent.
Service may be denied if the user is found violating safety protocols or vehicle misuse.
